How I can help

Adult Psychotherapy

I provide psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and the emotional impact of chronic illness or complex health conditions. My approach is collaborative and goal oriented, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical coping strategies. Together we work to strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and support meaningful change in daily life.

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy

I provide psychotherapy for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, ADHD, mood or behavioral changes, school-related stress, family transitions, and emotional challenges. My developmentally informed approach helps build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen self-esteem. As a former school social worker and therapist in foster care and adoption settings, I also work closely with parents and caregivers to support children’s emotional and functional needs at home, in school, and in daily life.

Family and Couples Therapy

I work with couples and families navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, conflict, and life transitions. Treatment focuses on strengthening connection, improving communication, and developing practical strategies for repair, emotional understanding, and more secure attachment patterns within the family and relational system.

Online support groups

I currently facilitate virtual support groups for young adults and adults through my private practice. Through the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF), I also lead three national virtual support groups for young adults, spouses and partners, and caregiver parents and guardians affected by primary immunodeficiency. These groups foster connection, reduce isolation, and provide a space to share experiences, build resilience, and navigate the unique challenges of living with or caring for someone with a chronic or rare medical condition.
